Join our Youth Detention Programs and help deliver high-energy basketball sessions, build relationships with young people, and be part of a life-changing initiative.

What You’ll Do:

Coach basketball and run structured activities inside youth detention facilities
Act as a positive role model and mentor
Create a safe, empowering space for young people

Ideal for: Coaches, youth workers, or passionate individuals with experience working with at-risk youth.

2️⃣ Part-Time Youth Development Coach & Program Assistant (x1)
💰 $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
🕒 Up to 12 hours per week

This role combines academy coaching, youth detention program delivery, and administrative support.

What You’ll Do:

Coach athletes in our Lockdown Academy programs

Deliver sessions inside youth justice facilities

Assist with basic admin: replying to emails, and program coordination

Best suited for someone who is:

Organised, dependable, and strong in communication

Experienced in coaching or youth development

Interested in long-term growth within the organisation

Minimum Requirements:
18 years or older
Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
NT Police Check
Experience in coaching or youth work (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills

🚨 EMPOWERING OUR YOUTH CAMP 2.0 🚨

We’re back, bigger and better! After the success of our first ever holiday camp, we’re excited to announce Empowering Our Youth Camp 2.0 in Darwin from 16-18 January 2025 at Marrara Indoor Stadium🌟

This 3-day training camp is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to take their skills to the next level with special guest coach with Kisha Lee from @kiway_performance, who is a former WNBL Player for @perthlynx
